1. Agreement
By creating an account or using an optional hosted feature at noacg-studio.vercel.app, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you can still use the account-free, local parts of the studio or a separately self-hosted copy, subject to the software licence.
NoaCG Studio is an independent open-source project. Questions can be sent to contact.noacg@gmail.com.
2. The service
The core studio is free and works without an account. Accounts add optional services such as cloud sync, community features, hosted productions, rendering, feedback, and managed AI where available. Features marked beta or experimental can change, fail, or be withdrawn.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
3. Your content and output
You keep ownership of content you upload and graphics or media you create. You give NoaCG and its service providers only the limited permission needed to process that material to provide the feature you selected.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for anything you upload, publish, broadcast, or ask an AI provider to process. You are responsible for reviewing output before putting it on air or distributing it.
Publicly publishing a community template or audience contribution makes that material visible to others through the feature you selected. Do not publish anything you do not intend to share.
4. AI features
NoaCG's online AI features send requests through Vercel AI Gateway or, for Custom/BYO use, to the provider you select. Managed graphic routes request zero data retention and no prompt training, but an eligible model provider still processes the request transiently to produce the result.
- Do not submit sensitive, confidential, unlawful, or special-category personal data.
- Do not submit material unless you have the right to process it through the selected AI service.
- AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other work, or unsuitable for broadcast. Review and test it before use.
- Custom and BYO providers may impose additional terms, limits, and privacy rules. You are responsible for the provider and account you select.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the hosted service to break the law, infringe rights, harm or deceive people, distribute malware, bypass security or allowances, overload the service, probe other users' data, or interfere with normal operation. Do not use audience or community features to publish abusive, unlawful, or unauthorized personal information.
We may limit or suspend hosted access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, providers, or legal compliance.
6. Open-source software and third-party services
NoaCG Studio's source code is provided under the GNU AGPL-3.0 licence. That licence governs copying, modifying, and distributing the software. It does not impose the AGPL on graphics or media you create and export.
Hosted features rely on services such as Vercel, Supabase, authentication providers, render infrastructure, and AI model providers. Their availability and applicable terms can affect the feature you use.
7. Availability and responsibility
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. NoaCG does not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or that generated code or output will be error-free. Keep backups of important work and verify every export in the playout environment where it will be used.
To the extent permitted by law, NoaCG is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the hosted service, failed storage, generated output, or a live broadcast. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Account closure and changes
You may stop using hosted features and request account deletion. We may update these terms as the service changes. The updated date above will change, and material changes will be presented through an appropriate service notice. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
